Bree was born and raised in Kelowna and has always had a passion for health and fitness. She grew up playing multiple sports but thoroughly enjoyed playing hockey and volleyball. She competed in many provincial and national tournaments, volunteering when she wasn’t playing. Bree started her education at Okanagan College taking general studies but knew she always wanted to pursue a career in health. She followed her passion and completed her Bachelor of Human Kinetics at the University of British Columbia in December 2014. While completing her degree, Bree became certified with Canadian Fitness Education Services (CFES) to be a Weight Training Instructor. Having a background in sport and a degree in kinesiology, Bree is excited to work with Active Care Health’s doctors and wellness practitioners to help make a difference in people’s lives. When Bree is not in the office or working with clients, you can catch her playing recreational volleyball, exploring the outdoors and taking advantage of our beautiful summer months on the lake.
